How long can I wear my new wig?

Unlike Synthetic wigs, Goddess Bundles' 100% human hair wigs can last from a year to several years with proper care.

Can I dye my hair extensions?

Absolutely! Goddess Bundles sells natural hair that are provided in only natural hair colors, however all of our wigs, bundles, frontal and closures can be dyed to your desire. (It is recommended to have a professional dye your extensions to prevent damage).

Do you offer financing?

We do have flexible payment options, such as ShopPay, & Sezzle. These programs allow for you to receive and enjoy your extensions right away, while you complete the purchase with 4 bi-weekly, equal payments.

Can I use styling tools on the hair extensions?

Certainly. All Goddess Bundles Hair Extensions are 100% human hair and can be blow-dried, curled or straightened just as you would your natural hair.

Do I wash my extensions?

Yes, it is recommended that you wash your new extensions prior to the first use and about once every 1-2 weeks. To maintain, protect and extend the lifespan of the hair extensions, we recommend you use the Goddess Bundles Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner.

How many bundles should I purchase?

We recommend purchasing 2-3 bundles for a natural look and feel. If you prefer more volume, we recommend 3-4 bundles. For curly wave patterns and longer hair extensions, we recommend 4. Essentially, you will always need 2-4 bundles.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed next business day after purchase. Shipping is 5-7 business days at most.
What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

How do I track my order?

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.
